Procedures:
1. The buyer submits three documents to
demonstrate the
- ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase
Order)
- CIS (Customer Information Sheet): buyer's
company details, including company name,
address, contact information, bank details, etc.
2. Complete Corporate Offer (FCO)
• The Seller issues a FCO stating the basic
terms: product, specifications, quantity,
Incoterms, port of shipment, indicative price,
procedure, and validity.
3. The Buyer returns the FCO and signed
Proof of Funds (POF)
• Upon acceptance of the FCO, duly signed
and sealed, along with the Proof of Funds
(POF) via Swift MT799 or equivalent bank
instrument.
• The Seller's bank verifies and confirms the
POF.
4. Purchase and Sale Agreement (SPA)
• Both parties sign the SPA, detailing all
contractual obligations, delivery schedule,
inspection terms, and financial guarantees.
5. Proof of Product (POP)
• After bank confirmation of the POF, the Seller
issues the POP (Proof of Product) via
Swift MT799 or MT760, containing verifiable
product documentation in accordance
with ICC rules.
6. Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC)
• The Buyer, upon receipt of the POP, issues a
Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC, MT760)
in favor of the Seller, as stipulated in the SPA.
• The SBLC must be irrevocable,
divisible, transferable, assignable, and
revolving, in accordance with ICC URDG 758
standards.
• After confirmation of receipt of the SBLC,
MT760, a 2% PB will be issued within 12
days.
7. Execution and Delivery
• The Seller initiates logistics and shipping in
accordance with the SPA terms.
Payment is made via TT or SBLC check in
accordance with ICC UCP 600/URDG 758.
