commit you to the following details

The Product / Commodity:

SOYBEAN OIL as per Fortified Refined
Soybean Oils,
Packing 2 Litre, PET bottle as per International
and BTSI (Bangladesh Testing Standard Institute)
standard below:

1. Crop: Latest Crop (2025)
2. Specifications: International and BSTI Standard
Specification per mentioned below.
3. Quantity: Total Quantity of 10,000 MT ?5%,
one vessel (Spot shipment). After completing the
first 10,000 MT, intend to ship 10,000MT per month
for 12 months
4. your offer price CIF
5. Destination: CIF Chattogram Port, Bangladesh
6. Shipment: Chattogram Port, Bangladesh
via any safe Port in the world
7. Shipment period: Goods must reach Chattogram
Port by 30th December 2025.
8. Sample: 2 Ltr. (2 bottles need a sample before
price confirmation).
9. Packing:2 Ltr. PET bottle (Buyer option), plastic
still drum packing, Buyer-nominated label will be allowed
10. Terms of Payment:100% Non-transferable Letter
of Credit (L/C) at sight basis.
11. Performance Guarantee: 5% Bank Guarantee (BG)
will be issued before opening the original L/C.
12. BG Procedure: Buyer issue DRAFT L/C favoring the
seller. Draft L/C is approved by seller. Buyer?s Bank
sends a SWIFT message to seller?s Bank expressing
readiness for L/C and asking for 5% PG.
Seller will arrange 5% PG as per contract.
13. Analysis Report: Supplier must send the analysis/test
report of product from competent authority to buyer
before final preparation of the original shipping documents.
14. Inspection: Quality, quantity, specification would be
done by SGS, or buyer accepted any internationally
reputed Inspection Company at Sellers cost at Loading Port.
15. Buyer Visit: Buyer?s representatives will be present at
the time of loading. In this case, an invitation letter for a
minimum of 4 people (3 from Bangladesh, 1 from Canada).
All expenses of the representatives? visit will be borne by
the Buyer.
16. Some part of this LOI is subject to change based
on the end-buyer?s final request.
