We urgently need to purchase Yellow Sulfur Granules
to used in copper production (primarily for the initial
smelting of sulfide ores) it requires high purity and
specific physical properties to ensure process
efficiency. The key specifications generally include:
Chemical Specifications:
Product Purity: A minimum purity of 99.5% to 99.9% is
required, with ultra-high purity grades reaching up to
99.999% .
Impurities (Maximum Limits):
Ash Content: Max 0.05% to 0.10%
Carbon: Max 0.05%
Acidity (as H2SO4): Max 0.003% to 0.01%
Moisture Content: Low moisture less than 0.5%.
Chlorides and Sulfates: limited to a maximum of
0.01%.
Physical Specifications:
Appearance: Yellow or Bright yellow granules.
Odor: Mild or odorless.
Particle Size:: Granulated Standard Size
Fine Grade: 10 - 100 micrometers (e.g. 200 mesh to
400 mesh).
Ultrafine Grade: < 10 micrometers.
Melting Point: 112 - 120 C (234 - 248 F)
