Petroleum Products Buy Requirement from China - 17-Nov-2025


We are entrusted by the client to seek refineries or
suppliers from non-sanctioned countries for the
purchase of 5 million tons of EN590 10PPM on
FOB terms at Zhoushan Port and Qingdao
Port in China.

Due to the severe situation of telecom fraud in China,
the client requires inspection of the goods first, with
the inspection fee borne by the buyer.
Full payment will be made by the buyer after the
goods are confirmed to be qualified.

Suppliers who can provide the product are requested to
submit SCO/FCO.
(Suppliers who cannot provide shall not reply.
ESPO, J1, LNG, LCO, D6, etc. are also being
promoted simultaneously.)
