We are currently seeking reliable and authorized
suppliers/exporters for a long-term contract to
supply Light Crude Oil (Bonny Light and other
available crude grades). Below are the details of
our active purchase request:

Product: Light Crude Oil – Bonny Light & other
available grades

Quantity: 2,000,000 Barrels (BBL) per month × 12
months (total annual volume: 24,000,000 BBL)

Incoterms: CIF / Dip & Pay (as agreed in SPA)

Ports of Destination:

Houston, TX – United States

TTV Oman or Fujairah – United Arab Emirates

Belgium

Rotterdam – Netherlands

Payment Terms:

Dip & Pay as agreed in SPA (Sales Purchase
Agreement)

Preferred instruments: LC, SBLC, or BG (Bank
Guarantee)

Buyer is ready to engage with approved and
verifiable sellers.

Specifications:

Bonny Light or equivalent light crude oil grades

API gravity and sulfur content as per international
standard

Product must be free of encumbrances and
available for immediate allocation.

Delivery Terms:

CIF to buyer’s designated ports

Dip & Pay at destination or safe harbor as per
SPA agreement.

Full POP and product documentation required.

Inspection: SGS or equivalent at loading port and
upon arrival.
