Pentane Buy Requirement from United States - 21-Oct-2025

This is to inform you that I have a buyer who is seeking a
reliable and long-term supply of Pentane (C5) under
the following terms and conditions:

Transaction Details

Commodity: Pentane (C5)
Contract Mode: CIF (or FOB) Jingjiang Port,
China (Buyer’s option)
Port of Destination: Taizhou Jingjiang Port,
China
Tonnage Requirement: Each shipment not to
exceed 20,000 tons

Quantity & Delivery Schedule
Contract Duration: 3 years
1st Year Total Quantity: 1,000,000 MT (12 months)
2nd Year Total Quantity: Approx. 3,000,000 MT
3rd Year Total Quantity: Approx. 6,000,000 MT
(Quantities for subsequent years can be adjusted
according to the refinery’s production schedule.)

First Year Monthly Supply Plan:
1st Month (Trial): 20,000 MT
2nd Month (Trial): 40,000 MT
3rd Month (Trial): 80,000 MT
4th Month: 100,000 MT
5th Month: 100,000 MT
6th Month: 100,000 MT
7th Month: 100,000 MT
9th Month: 120,000 MT
10th Month: 140,000 MT
11th Month: 160,000 MT
12th Month: 180,000 MT

Expected Supply Volume from Second
Year Onward:
Approx. 250,000 MT per month

Financial Arrangement

Two state-owned enterprises are prepared to open
Letters of Credit (LCs) on behalf of the buyer to
cover the transaction.

Destination & Buyer Details

Please review the above details and confirm:
1. Your company’s capability and readiness to supply
under these terms.
2. Availability of the required C5 specifications.
3.Preferred pricing structure (CIF or FOB) and contract
terms for the initial trial shipment.

Upon your confirmation, I will connect both parties to
proceed with the buyer’s official Letter of Intent
(LOI) and ICPO for contract development.
