Construction Materials Buy Requirement from Tanzania - 04-Oct-2025

We are sourcing Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC
42.5).

Please provide a firm quotation for the following:
1. Product: Ordinary or Pozzolanic Portland Cement
(OPC/PPC) ? Grade 42.5
2. Quantity: 10,000 bags (50 kg each) = 500 MT
3. Packaging: 50 kg paper bags, palletized preferred
(please confirm palletization)
4. Incoterm requested: CIF Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
(Port of Dar es Salaam) please provide a firm CIF
price per MT.
5. If you only offer FOB, provide FOB price and port of
loading; I will obtain freight separately.

Please include the following in your response:
1. Unit price (CIF Dar, and FOB if CIF not available)
USD/MT and USD/Bag
2. Total cost for full consignment (500 MT)
3. Available shipment / loading port and estimated
ETD / ETA to Dar (weeks)
4. Payment terms (LC at sight / TT / DP / negotiable)
5. Lead time from order confirmation to vessel
departure
6. Packing details & palletization (bags per pallet)
7. Quality documentation ? COA, EN197-1 or ASTM /
local standard test report, and recent lab test (attach)
8. Photos of packing and recent export shipments
9. MOQ and any discounts for 500 MT or above

We require reliable suppliers who can commit to
required documentation and timely loading. Please
treat this as a time-sensitive RFQ and reply within 48
hours.
