Agricultural Commodities Buy Requirement from Canada - 03-Sep-2025

We hereby confirm our intention to purchase
Canadian Wheat (CWRS) -Grade No, 2 or similar
under the following preliminary terms:

1. Product
Commodity: Canadian Wheat (CWRS) -Grade No,
2 or similar.
Origin: Any.
Specification: To be provided by Seller in the form of
Technical Sheet / Certificate of Analysis (mandatory).

2. Quantity & Contract Duration
Contract: 20, 000 MT ? 12 months.
Option: Extendable up to 50, 000 MT/month,
subject to buyers approval and price feasibility.

3. Pricing & Terms
The Seller must specify the validity period of the
quoted price.
The Seller shall provide detailed price quotations in
United States Dollars (USD) as follows:
EXW price (Ex-Works at production site).
FOB price (Free on Board at Port of Loading POL).
CIF price (Cost, Insurance & Freight) to the Buyers
designated Port(s) of Discharge (POD) listed below.

4. Buyers Position
The Buyer affirms its financial and operational readiness
to proceed upon verification of the Sellers documents
and mutual
agreement. The Buyer commits to sign the final
SPA (Sales & Purchase Agreement) upon
successful due diligence.
