Supplier Requirements

Interested suppliers must demonstrate:

Proven track record in medical equipment supply and
installation.

Compliance with international standards (CE, ISO,
FDA, WHO PQ, etc.).

After-sales service capability, including training,
calibration, and maintenance.

Ability to provide warranty, technical support, and
spare parts availability.

Experience with bulk supply and timely delivery.

Quantity & Delivery

Quantity: Bulk procurement, as per healthcare facility
requirements.

Delivery Terms: CIF (to major East African ports) or to
hospitals/warehouses.
