Acetone Insoluble :- >60%
Acid Value :- <25%
Hexane Insoluble :- <0.30%
Paroxide Value :- <5 Units.
Phosphatidylcholine :- >14%
Lyso Phosphatidylcholine :- <1%
Viscocity :- Between 90-150 Poise.
Color :- Between 10 to 12 on Lovibond.
Odor :- Typical of Soya.
Black Particle :- Should be free from Black Particle.
