Seed Oil and refined Canola Oil under the
following terms and specifications:

1. Refined Sunflower Oils
Monthly Quantity (12-month contract):
1210 x 40FT – 1 Liter bottles
10 x 40FT – 5 Liter bottles
10 x 40FT – 20 Liter containers
15 Flexi Tanks (23MT each)
Target Price:
Delivery Terms: CIF Haifa Port, Israel

2. Refined Canola Oils (Branded)
Monthly Quantity (12-month contract):
20 x 40FT – 1 Liter bottles
10 x 40FT – 5 Liter bottles
10 x 40FT – 20 Liter containers
Target Price: USD
Delivery Terms: CIF Haifa Port, Israel

Payment Terms for Both Commodities:
Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C)

Required Documentation to Accompany
Each Shipment:

1. Commercial Invoice
2. Packing List
3. SGS Inspection Report
(Quality & Quantity)
4. Certificate of Origin
5. Health Certificate
6. Phytosanitary Certificate
7. Bill of Lading
8. Fumigation Certificate (if required)
