It will be helpful to the transaction if after SPA Signing,
Seller can provide:
An authenticated MT799 message from the owner’s
bank confirming that the gold bars (500 kg) are stored
in XX security company’s warehouse under the sole and
unrestricted ownership of the owner, along with the
Storage Keeping Receipt (SKR)/Proof of Product
(POP). Additionally, a Bank Reference Letter (BRL)
must be provided to verify the owner’s legitimacy.
