We require to buy Gold.

Target Price: $45,000 /kg.
Quantity: 100kg-500kg trial.
Contract: 500kg +monthly.
Purity: 98%
Payment: Swift transfer.
Carat: 23+
Payment Terms: MT799,SBLC
Agreement Duration: One year with
Rolls and Extensions.
Modes: CIF(ASWP) FOB-

Non- Negotiable Procedures:
1. The seller issues contract
(containing this document) with the
full seller's data in the contract.

2. The buyer receives the contract from
the seller, duly signed sealed and send
back to Seller within 3 working days
from the receipt day via email.

3. The Buyer will have his bank sent out
Block Fund MT799 to Seller Financier
nominated bank account immediately
after the signed Contract.

4. Upon Seller reception and confirmation
of the Block Fund MT799 to Seller Financier
nominated bank account, Seller will start
preparing to ship the first 500kg shipment
in maximum 5 working days.

5. On confirmation of the Block Fund MT799
to Seller financier nominated bank account,
the Seller will deliver the Gold Dory Bar to
the Buyer's nominated refinery within Five
(05) working days. Seller will additionally
notify the Buyer regarding the name of the
airline, flight number, dates of expected
departure and arrival time.

6. The seller delivers the goods as
requested, with all needed documents.

7. The export taxes, export documentation,
freight and insurance cost and other
expenses during Export to the buyer’s
designated airport to be borne by the
Seller 100%.

8. Within Three (3) working days of receipt
of the shipment of the gold by Buyer refinery,
the refinery will issue a copy of the Refinery’s
Assay Report to the Buyer by fax or Email for
acceptance and fax or email a copy of the
assay to the Seller.

9. Buyer shall make payment to the Seller's
designated bank within 3 banking days
after the Buyer’s Refinery issues the final
assay report.

10. After confirmation of payment the Seller
and Buyer will repeat the same procedures
until the end of the contract for 12 months
delivery with extension to 5 years.
