Copper Concentrate Buy Requirement from India - 21-Feb-2025

We require Copper Concentrate 500
tons to 1000 tons, as a trial and annual
orders exceeding 1000 tons but not
exceeding 10,000 tons.

The process expected by the buyer is
as follows:
1. Both parties sign the contract.
2. Immediately after the contract is signed,
the buyer will arrange personnel to go to
Ndola.
3. The seller transports the trial-order
goods to the Zamfast warehouse in Ndola.
4. The buyer arranges CCIC or SGS to
inspect the goods.
5. If the inspection results are satisfactory,
the buyer will pay the full payment for the
corresponding quantity of goods on site.
6. The seller transfers the property rights
of the goods to the buyer.
7. For subsequent annual orders, the above
mentioned process will be repeated.

The basic requirements of the buyer are:
1. The inspection of goods and the transfer
of property rights must be carried out at the
Zamfastest in Ndola or COSCO bonded
warehouses.
2. In the early stage, the buyer does not
support any form of prepayment, letter of
credit or escrow by lawyers and other
guarantee measures.
The full payment must be made after
seeing the goods and completing the
inspection.
3. After the contract has been stably
implemented for three to six months, the
seller can request the buyer to make
prepayments or open a letter of credit.
