properties, and customs code (HS Code
4402.90 or 4402.10).
Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Certifies the
product is not hazardous under CLP
Regulation (EU 1272/2008).
International Customs Code (HS Code)
4402.90 ("Other types of wood charcoal)
4402.10 ("Hardwood charcoal").
Certificate of Origin ? Demonstrates the
country of origin for customs purposes.

Payment Terms:
For large orders, I suggest using a Letter of
Credit (LC) with Payment upon Delivery,
with an inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas.
Once the goods arrive in Romania at
Constanta Port, SGS or Bureau Veritas will
conduct the inspection and send the
report to the bank.

If the quality matches the terms we agreed
upon in the LC contract, the bank will
release the payment to you.
