We want to buy LPG from direct refinery.

Seller: 2nd largest LPG refinery in Thailand.
Origin: Thai
Incorterms: FOB or CFR
Quantity: 44,000 mt (one full ship)
Payment by SBLC/DLC
Price: TBD after vendor registration.

Brief procedure
-LOI + CIS + LPG importing license + Company
registration copy + Audited Financial Statement
to the seller address.
-Vendor registration
-Invoice
-A meeting in the Thai plant
-LC
-Injection to the vessel
-MT103 payment against BL
-Title transfer
