White Sugar Buy Requirement from China - 21-Dec-2024

Dear Sir,

We want to purchase Sugar and
Aluminum Ingots.
1. Sugar trading procedures.
The buyer and seller sign SPA
2. The seller shall send PB2% to the
Buyer's bank, and the Buyer's bank
shall send 100%DLC to the seller
after receiving PB.
3. Before each shipment by the seller,
the Buyer shall continue to send the
DLC of the next month to the Seller
and so on until the end of the contract.

Sugar trading Program 2,
1. The buyer and the seller sign a
contract.
2. The seller shall send 5% performance
bond to Yingke Brazil or American law
firm for performance bond supervision
3. The buyer shall send 5% to Yingke
Law Firm, Xiamen, China, for
performance bond supervision
4. After the buyer and seller complete
the performance bond supervision
The buyer sends the DLC to the seller's
bank and the transaction begins
5. Before each shipment by the seller,
the Buyer will continue to send the DLC
of the next month to the seller and so
on until the end of the contract.
