Agricultural Commodities Buy Requirement from United States - 08-Sep-2025

We are seeking serious and reliable suppliers or
producers of Indian Parboiled Rice 25% Broken
for our client in Ghana under the following terms.

Company: Ur Global Trade LLC (trading / broker)
Requirement: Long-term supply contract

Quantity: 12,500 MT per month

Total Contract: 12 months (150000 MT total, 12
shipments)

Packaging: 50 kg bags (polypropylene / export
standard)

Delivery terms:

- FOB — your Port of Loading (please specify
POL) — FOB price must remain fixed and
unchanged under any transfer or assignment

- CIF Port of Tema, Ghana - The CIF Tema price
must remain fixed and unchanged, even if the
Offtake Agreement is transferred to a third party
requiring CIF Tema delivery

Specification: Parboiled Rice, 25% broken —
kindly provide your detailed product specification
and quality parameters (moisture, damage,
admixture, etc.)

Please provide:

Your best CIF Tema price (USD/MT) with validity
and FOB price with POL name

Your available payment terms (LC at sight, SBLC,
T/T, etc.)

The technical data sheet (TDS) / quality
specification for your rice

Proof of product allocation / export capacity (mill
capacity, stock report, previous BLs, export
license)

Preferred commercial conditions:

End buyer suggest that :
- Forty percent (40%) of the total contract value
for the 12-month supply shall be paid upon
execution and signature of the Sales and
Purchase Agreement (SPA).
- Thirty percent (30%) of the total contract value
shall be paid after completion and confirmation of
the third (3rd) delivery.
- The remaining thirty percent (30%) of the total
contract value shall be paid after completion and
confirmation of the tenth (10th) delivery.

We UR GLOBAL TRADE LLC advise that :

Payment by Transferable LC, issued under UCP
600 ICC rules, is highly preferred. Please confirm
whether your bank accepts transferable LCs and
whether confirmation by a prime bank is
available.

- A Transferable Offtake Agreement is preferred.
This Agreement shall be transferable to one or
multiple third parties.

KYC documents: Company Registration, Tax
ID/VAT, bank reference, and corporate profile

Documents required per shipment: Packing List,
Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Certificate of
Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Quality/Weight
Certificate (SGS or equivalent), and any export
permits required.

Validity & next steps:
Please send your FCO (signed and stamped) with
price validity and lead time. Upon receipt and
verification of your KYC and POP, we will issue
an LOI / ICPO and proceed to finalize the SPA
and payment arrangements.
