Snail Pellets Buy Requirement from Poland - 12-Jun-2024

Dear Sir,

We would like to ask you, if you are able to produce
Snail Pellets according to specification below and
enclosed picture.

Total quantity approx. 48-96 tons (1 or 2 production
parts) in June. Active substance; meta-tech

If yes, please let us know what is the unit price and
delivery terms.

Granulat (Metaldehyd 5% Lonza, Snacol 05 Gb)
Ingredient: Metaldehyde Technical From Lonza content
5,0 % (as pure) supplied by Bros label with text from
BROS on each bag, black printingSnail pellets according
to our current recipe: Ingrediends:
Metaldehyde as pure declared content 5%,
Metaldehyde as pure, nominal content: 5,0% w/w
Range: 4,7 x 5,3 % w/w
Other compnents nominal content:
Calcium propionate content 0.5%
Dystuff (XFAST BLUE 7080) content 0.08%
Denatonium benzoate content 0.02%
Wheat flour 96,71 (up to 100%)
Granules in blue colour with characteristic odour
Granules/Pellet dimensions: Max fi 3mm, max length
4mm packed with big bag with label with code
SUR XXXX + (Batch No and Production Date) on each
bag, black printing
vendor supplies all components, manufacturing and
packing, BROS deliver S.A.
Number of pellets per gram: 50 - 60
Pellet wet conditions stability (moisture resistance): the
values 2-5(according to LONZA or Bros testing procedure) after 6
hours
Break off ratio: 99,9% particles >1 mm
Mould resistance (on soil): within 5 days no more than
30% fungi and bacteria infected pellet
Bulk density 0.7 - 0.85 g / ml
Max humidity of pellets: 15% w/w (detailed thermogravimetric
method to be agreed)
Free from mould
No granules in colour other than blue!
Wet process as for pasta production
