mix-up between our business and an unrelated Amazon Marketplace seller.
What GlobalBuyersOnline Actually Is
GlobalBuyersOnline.com is an international B2B (business-to-business) trade lead
marketplace, founded in 2003. We connect importers, exporters, manufacturers,
suppliers, and distributors worldwide through verified buy requirements and trade
networking services.
We do not sell products to consumers, do not operate a retail store, and do not
process consumer orders, deliveries, or refunds of any kind - on Amazon or
anywhere else.
The Source of the Confusion
There is a separate, unrelated Amazon Marketplace seller operating under the name
"TheGlobalBuyer", which sells consumer products such as books and CDs
directly through Amazon.
Because this seller's name closely resembles ours, a number of Amazon customers
who experienced delivery delays, missing tracking information, or refund issues
with that seller have mistakenly left reviews and comments referencing
"GlobalBuyersOnline" or "Global Buyers" on review platforms and elsewhere online.
To be clear: GlobalBuyersOnline.com has no affiliation, business relationship,
or connection of any kind with the Amazon seller "TheGlobalBuyer."
