EN590 and Jet Fuel

We are interested to buy JP54, EN590 10 PPM, Diesel
/ D2, Diesel / D6, Jet A1, in a considerable big
quantities, based on FOB TTT Rotterdam, Huston,
Fujairah ports.
The seller should follow the following non negotiable
procedures.

The procedures:
1. Buyer accepts Seller's SCO (this document) and
sends Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO)
AND TSA to end Seller and attaches business
registration Certificate and Passport Data page.
2. Seller After receipt of the ICPO, issues a
Commercial Invoice (CI) for the available quantity in
the seller's storage tanks, including the GPS tank
coordinates and tank farm name where the fuel is
stored. And issues the NCNDA / IMFPA to be signed
by buyer seller, and all intermediaries from both sides
of buyers and sellers
3. Buyer counter signs the CI and returns it to Seller
for seller's approval.
4. Seller issues the following partial proof of product
(POP) documents to the buyer.
A) A Fresh SGS Report (less than 48 hours old) from
Seller's Tanks
B) Injection Report
C) Certificate Of Origin
D) Authorization To Physically Verify Product (ATV)
E) Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA)
F) Product Passport
G) Refinery Commitment and Guarantee Letter to
Supply
H) Authorization To Sell and Collect (ATSC)
I) Tank Storage Receipt (TSR
5. Buyer verifies SGS report and has the option to
elect to book another dip test with SGS (at Buyer's
expense) in seller's storage tank. Buyer will provide
Q&Q reports to the seller also free of charge.
6. Buyer provides tank details (TSR) to the seller so
that the seller commence the injection into Buyer's
tanks. Buyer within 24 hours pay for the injected
quantity in his tank to the seller's nominated bank
account by TT MT 103. Seller changes title of
ownership to the buyer at the same time of receiving
the full payment.
7. All commissions paid as per a separate NCNDA /
IMFPA within 24 hours from buyer's payment
8. Subsequent monthly deliveries continue as per
terms and conditions of the CI/SPA, and extension of
transaction by issuing a 12 (twelve) months contract to
the buyer for proceedings.
