Indicative Fertilizer Types:
NPK (various formulations)
DAP
Urea
CAN

Specialized blends for coffee & horticulture
Soil- and crop-specific formulations (preferred)
Delivery Point:
Mombasa Port, Kenya
Delivery Mode:
Bulk or bagged (50kg / jumbo bags)
CIF / CFR Mombasa Port (to be finalized)

Specifications:
Must comply with KEBS and Ministry of Agriculture
standards

International export quality acceptable

Full product specifications and Certificate of Analysis
(COA) required

Important Requirement (MANDATORY):

All shortlisted bidders must be available for a face-to-
face meeting in Nairobi, Kenya

The meeting will cover:

Contract signing

Payment procedure discussions

Completion and filling of all required procurement
documentation

No remote-only or virtual-only engagement will be
accepted at final stage

Supplier Qualification Requirements:

Proven capacity to supply large volumes of fertilizer

Experience with government, cooperative, or large-
scale agricultural programs preferred

Ability to perform strictly against LPO timelines
