issue the TSA between the buyer and the logistics
company for the supplier's approval before proceeding
further.
The buyer is willing and able to purchase the product
as per the specification, quantity, quality, and price
as specified in the terms and conditions stated
below. This representation is made with full
and complete authorisation of the buyer.

Quantity: 100,000 MT or 300,000 MT
FOB Price: Gross $460.00 USD / Net
$450.00 USD per MT
Payment: MT103 / TT - Upon Dip Test
Successfully
Delivery Terms: FOB STS
Discharging Port: Muar Port, Malaysia
Contract Period: One year (12 months)
with Roll & Extension
Inspection: SGS/CIQ or Equivalent
Tank Extension Fee: Not Applicable
Injection Fee: Nil
Other Charges: Without Any Upfront Fees /
Charges & No Hidden Cost

If the seller agrees with our port and oil storage
platform, we can immediately issue the ICPO to the seller.
