FOB Transaction Procedure: TTV (Tank-To- Vessel)
1. The Buyer issues ICPO, on the Company
letterhead along with the Buyer's Banking
information,
registration certificate and Charter Party Agreement
(CPA) for Seller’s acceptance.
2. Seller issues CI (Commercial Invoice) with
available quantity and NCNDA/IMFPA. Buyer
signs and returns the CI (Commercial Invoice),
with an acceptance letter to perform in accordance
with the sales procedure.
3. Seller countersigns the CI (Commercial Invoice)
as final approval and sends to buyer the Commitment
Letter to Supply along with the Tank to Vessel Injection
Agreement (TTVIA), which must be completed by both
buyer and his Logistics Company within 48-72 hours.
4. Upon receipt of the completed Tank To Vessel
Injection Agreement (TTVIA), the seller issues
below the listed POP documents;
a. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
b. Authorization to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
c. Fresh SGS Report (24/48 hours old)
d. Authority to Verify (ATV)Physically.
e. Certificate of Origin
f. Valid Reservoir Storage Receipt with GPS Coordinates
g. Injection Report
5. Upon receipt of the above POP Documents, Buyer
make available its SGS officials and conduct Dip
Test in the seller’s tanks and upon a successful Dip
Test, Submits its Vessel’s Q88 and Seller
commences the injection commences into the Buyer’s Vessel.
6. Buyer makes payment of the total cost of product
via MT103 (T/T Wire Transfer) and Seller issues Title of
Ownership Transfer Certificate.
7. Within 24 hours upon receipt of Buyer's payment,
Seller pays allocated commission to all
intermediaries.
8. Seller issues a contract for buyer's desired duration
upon successful completion of the trial order.
9. Subsequent monthly shipment continues as per
terms and conditions of the sales and purchase
agreement contract to be signed between buyer and seller
