Our buyer will make immediate payment on site once
product verification is successfully completed.

Specifications: As attached and/or per refinery standards
Trial Shipment: 100000 MT EN590 / 2000000 BBL Jet A1
Contract Period: Trial + 12 months
Shipping Terms: TTO
Packing: Bulk
Documents: As per agreed procedure
SGS Fees: Buyer’s responsibility
Once the meeting date and time are confirmed, I will coordinate
directly with the SGS verification
team and forward their details for access arrangements.
For this purpose, we require a formal invitation letter from the
refinery, seller, and seller’s tank
farm to facilitate my buyer’s entry clearance and travel coordination.
During the TTM:
- The buyer will be present with his verification and due diligence team.
- A live MT103 wire transfer will be executed on site from the buyer’s
secured laptop after SGS
verification and seal confirmation.
- If verification is positive, payment will be made immediately; if any
discrepancies arise, payment
will follow new verification.
- Title transfer will be completed on site in the presence of notaries
and relevant authorities once
funds are received.
- All matters related to tank extensions, transfers, or laycan for
vessels will also be finalized during the meeting.
Please respond as soon as possible with the formal invitation
and full coordination details for the TTM.
