monthly, Jet A1 4m bbls monthly and D6 400m glns monthly
at the following Ports
Rotterdam
Houston
Jurong
Fujairah
Target Prices
EN590: $410/$400/MT
JETA1: $70/$68/BBL
D6: $0.70/$0.68/GLN
The buyers can transact only with the exact procedures below

1) The buyer submits an icpo with seller's procedures along
with cis, data page of passport and company license

2) The seller issues commercial invoice for the available
quantity in the seller's storage tank to the buyer. the buyer
signs and returns the ci to the seller with their signed tank
storage agreement (tsa) for the seller's verification and
approval

3) The seller releases the pop documents as below and sends
to the buyer
A) Commitment to supply
B) Certificate of origin
C) ATV-Authority to verify (inventory tank)
D) Notice of readiness
E) unconditional DTA
F) Fresh sgs report (not older than 48hrs)
G) ATSC-Authority to sell and collect
H) Injection report
I) Tank storage receipt (TSR)

4) Buyer conducts dip test in seller's tank to commence
injection of product into buyer's TANK (optional)
5) Ncnda/imfpa to be signed and sealed by all intermediaries
involved with the transaction
6) Within twenty four(24) hours, buyer makes payment for the
injected product via MT103/TT Wire Transfer.
7) Buyer and seller sign spa for monthly deliveries at a
mutually agreed quantity and contract duration.
