Delivery Term: FOB Tank-to-Tank
Port of Delivery: Rotterdam / Houston
Payment Method: MT103 TT same day as
Commercial Invoice (CI) and full Proof of
Product (POP) received
Proof of Product Required Before Payment:
Yes
Immediate Title Transfer After POP Release:
Mandatory
Legal Handling: NCNDA/IMFPA required
before proceeding
Contract Term: Spot deal format preferred
no mandatory long-term contracts unless
they allow spot execution.
