Basis: Cash n Carry
(CIF or FOB not required)
LME Discount: 21% (In the SPA
discount to be mentioned 16%)
Commission: 5%
Stock to be maintained in Steinweg
warehouse (Dar es Salam)
Performance bond: 10% given by the seller
SGS – At Buyer Expense
No upfront payment for moving
the stock to bonded warehouse
